FAQ
How do we book you?
You can fill out the contact form on the CONTACT page of my website. Or you can send me an email directly at: michaelabostickphotography@gmail.com. Once contact has been made, we discuss what type of session you are looking for, your expectations, dates available, and the booking process.
What happens after the session is over?
Once the session is over, I will upload your images and prepare to send you a sneak peak for you to choose your 20 images you want in your gallery. This can take anywhere from 2-7 days.
I send you a link with instructions on how to favorite your images and how to upgrade if you would like more than the 20 included images in the package.
When will I receive my photos?
Your gallery will be delivered to you anywhere from 2-3 weeks after your session. Sometimes galleries are completed sooner than 2 weeks. The minute your gallery has been uploaded it will be emailed to you!
How will I know when my gallery has been sent?
You will receive an email that contains the link to your private online gallery. I will also send you a text reminder letting you know your gallery is in your email inbox! :)
How do I download my photos?
Your photos can be downloaded to a computer or a phone. There will be an arrow in the top right corner of your screen, you will click that and follow the instructions. Should you ever have any downloading issues PLEASE call or text me and I will personally walk you through it to ensure you are able to save your precious memories we captured from your session!!
Where will my photos be taken?
Depending on the overall vibe you are trying to achieve will depend on the location of your session. This will be discussed between the photographer and client at the time of booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes, a retainer is required to book your session. There will be a detailed booking form sent to your email after your initial contact form has been sent to me. In the booking form, it will list the retainer price and the remaining balance. Your session date and time is not "yours" until the retainer is paid. Upon filling out the booking form you will have 48 hours to pay the retainer before the date and time is released to other clients for booking.
